OVERVIEW

We’ll take the night train, in sleeping cars, waking up in Budapest in the morning.

The trip will start in a relaxing way, at the thermal baths, then in the evening we go out to the area with the famous ruined bars, located in the former Jewish quarter, which is nowadays the place to go for entertainment and contemporary street art. In the following days, we will discover the beautiful city, on a journey from one side of the Danube to the other. We will see the jewels of the Habsburg empire and the buildings full of history and secrets. In the end, we will watch the sunset from Gellert Hill, the best place to admire Budapest in all its splendor.

We continue towards Vienna, we get there in approx. 3 hours, by bus.

On the first evening in Vienna, we will go out to take the pulse of the city. In the following days, we will explore the Ringstrasse and its interior, the Innere Stadt – the historic center -, a sophisticated place full of history, the imperial palaces and the frenetic squares of the city, the art nouveau (Secession) buildings and other modernist wonders.

We are going to return home by plane, full of inspiring ideas and memories and having new friends.

In both cities we will taste their delicious dishes,  sit for coffee and tell stories in historical cafes, where famous figures from art, culture and politics used to meet. Every day there will be city tours with harmonious programs, made to include as much as possible of the best that Vienna and Budapest have to offer.
